TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 23 years of experience in overseeing a gamut of finance functions viz., Strategic Management, Financial Planning & Management, Budgeting and Fund Management as well as routine finance functions.
He is a known expert in the field of BIFR, SARFAESI, DRT, Working Capital Management and the lending norms of Banks/Financial Institutions and has experiences in Corporate Planning, Structuring and Re-structuring of Units. He has developed sharp acumen management skills and abilities in Liaison with Banks, Financial Institutions, adjudicating authorities, tribunals and other external agencies over a long period in his professional life.
3 Years’ experience as Insolvency Professional as Founder and Chairman of Ducturus Resolution Professionals Private Limited, an IPE under IBC. Having handled 07 assignments as RP & Liquidator and supervised another 15 assignments assigned to partners of DRPPL.
