EXPERIENCE UNDER IBC: –

Founder Partner & Chairman of Ducturus Resolution Professional Private Limited, Insolvency Professional Entity’ (IPE) of India recognized by IBBI. He was one of the first professional to launch operations of Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice. He and other 9 partners of IPE are already working on more than 20 cases as IRP/RP/ Liquidator.

He has already successfully concluded assignments under IBC as RP/ Liquidator. Some of the key assignments are Arcee Ispat Udyog Limited, Dinesh Polytubes Private Limited, GPI Textiles Limited. AKME Projects Ltd, Skyhigh Infraland Private limited etc

CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS THE PROFESSION OF IBC, 2016

Mr Jalesh Kumar Grover is also Founder/President of Insolvency Resolution Professional Association (IRPA) which was formulated to spread the knowledge and experience related to the IB, Code 2016. There are more than 40 Insolvency Professionals who are associated with IRPA who participate in different seminars conducted by IRPA and share their experiences and challenges while conducting the CIRPs of different Corporate Debtors.

He has contributed to the profession of IBC by spreading knowledge and sharing his experience different events /workshops /training programs/ seminars /webinars organized by IIIPAI (ICSI & ICAI). He is also one of the core committee members of IPA.

Also, Ducturus Resolution professionals Private Limited also had the corporate membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in the year 2019 and organized different seminars on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 across North India.
