Since the very inception of the Company, she has served as Director, contributing her strategic vision, governance acumen, and leadership skills to its growth and operational excellence.

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance), Ms. Sunita possesses deep expertise spanning Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Management, Company Law, Legal Affairs, Secretarial Audit, and Due Diligence. Her comprehensive understanding of Indian accounting and auditing standards, coupled with her meticulous approach to corporate governance, has established her as a trusted advisor to boards and management.

As an Insolvency Professional, Ms. Sunita has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in steering complex resolution processes to successful closure. Notably, she was appointed as the Resolution Professional (RP) in the matter of VIVO Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., where she led the CIRP process with precision and diligence, culminating in the approval of the resolution plan by the Hon’ble Adjudicating Authority and its subsequent implementation. Her experience also extends to the effective handling of Personal Insolvency Resolution processes, showcasing her adaptability, problem-solving skills, and unwavering commitment to safeguarding stakeholders’ interests.
