Contribution to the IBC Profession
Mr. Grover is also the Founder and President of the Insolvency Resolution Professional Association (IRPA), an initiative to promote practical learning and peer networking among insolvency professionals. With over 40 active IPs, IRPA regularly hosts seminars, training programs, and knowledge-sharing forums.

He has also contributed as a core committee member of IPA, and a regular speaker and panelist at sessions organized by IIIPAI, ICSI, and ICAI, sharing insights from real-world CIRP implementations and legal interpretations of IBC, 2016.
